When "Test Aborted" is displayed on your CardioChek Plus analyzer, this can mean a few things:
- The test strip was not properly inserted
- The test strip was removed before the test was complete
- The analyzer was moved during testing or was not placed on a flat/ stable surface
For troubleshooting, we recommend retesting with a new test strip (ensuring that the strip remains inserted until the test finishes) and making sure the analyzer is placed on a flat and sturdy surface.
