When "Test Error" is displayed on your Cardio Check Plus analyzer, this can mean a couple of things:
- You provided an insufficient sample size
- The battery voltage or temperature of the device is not within the operating range
- The test strip was removed before the test was complete
For troubleshooting, we recommend retesting with a new test strip (ensuring that the strip remains inserted until the test finishes) and making sure the correct sample volume is used. If you believe it to be a battery/ temperature issue, you can replace the AA batteries at the back of the device and move it to a more stable room temperature.
