When using the same screening method and sample type, results should be very similar but may not be precisely the same.
Often the sample types may vary, and the method may also vary (ex: most labs will utilize a veinous blood draw versus a finger-prick.) If the sample method you received from a lab differs from your Reperio screening, you may notice that the results values are different.
If your results differ significantly, always consider whether the sample methods are indeed the same. Comparisons should always be made at the same time point for the most accurate results.
