Reference ranges are used to interpret your blood test results and can tell you whether your levels are normal or abnormal.
What does it mean if my result is "optimal"?
Optimal ranges are evidence-based ranges that are linked to better overall health and longevity.
What does it mean if my result is "abnormal"?
An abnormal result is one that's considered high or low for your age and biological sex. This can come up for lots of reasons. Statistically, individuals on either end of the range may still be considered healthy, so we recommend sharing any concerning results you have with your health care provider before coming to any conclusions.
If you'd like to learn more general information regarding your test results, just navigate to your "Overview" page (hidden under "My Results") select any result you are curious about, then click "Learn More".
