To turn on the PTS CardioChek device press either button, if that doesn't work here are some steps you can try:
First, thoroughly check the device to make sure all buttons are functioning and that there is no noticeable damage to the exterior. If the device looks to be in good physical condition, try replacing the AA batteries at the back of the device. If you do not have any AA batteries available, reach out to our Customer Support team and we will gladly provide you with new ones.
If there is any visible damage to the device, the buttons aren't functioning as normal, or exchanging AA batteries is not successful, please contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a new kit.
