To protect your package, UPS drivers will sometimes place the package out of sight. Be sure to check all exterior doors or other places your package could've been placed, like the porch, back patio, or garage. You may also want to check with anyone who could have picked up your package for you, like a neighbor.
If you're still unable to locate your package after checking all possible locations, we ask that you please allow at least 24 hours before considering the package has been lost or stolen - there's always a chance the delivery may have been scanned early but wasn’t dropped off yet or was delayed.
