If your kit is damaged upon delivery:
Please get in touch with our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide pictures detailing all sides of the box, damage to the kit, and any other relevant information you can provide. Please be as detailed as possible when sending the above information, as we will be using this to file a UPS Damage Claim.
If the white Octobox or any device sensors are damaged, our Support Team can help order and ship a replacement kit.
If your kit is damaged during screening:
